Franshell’s customer service was amazing! She was able to help me find just what I was looking for!

The customer service was excellent. The lady that helped me and my daughter was very friendly and knowledgeable on every product.

I had to do an exchange the sales associate Nicole was very helpful while I made my decision of what to exchange and purchase. I left the store buying another bracket for myself!

I purchased Mother’s Day gifts for my mom, mom n law and two sisters. The gifts were perfect for them.

When visiting the Short Pump Store at Pandora the service was absolutely excellent. Everyone had on proper PPE and the social distance measures were fully enforced to keep all customers safe. The representative Nicole really took the time with helping me pick my gift for my mom.

I shop early so I never really end up waiting long but the enjoys make sure to greet everyone as they enter & acknowledge you occasionally thi let you know your not forgotten. The merchants available us shifting in a direction that caters to different demographic age group . Hopefully, the company (when they purchase) will remember thi accommodate all age gross
