The assistant manager is who helped me and she was amazing and understanding of what I was looking for since it’s a gift for my mom who is extremely sick

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with kindness. The sales associate was already helping someone so we began browsing while waiting, but before we made it past the first display the assistant manager was there and more than happy to help me with my purchase. She even offered to put the charm on my bracelet for me! I bought my bracelet at this location as well and was so pleased with the experience. I have been to other stores before and wasn't treated with this level of kindness. I will be returning to this location for all of my Pandora needs!
