Pandora Jewelry

We were greeted by a friendly associate. My jewelry was beautifully cleaned. My associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase of new Pandora. The Short Pump, Va store is beautiful (my first visit)

Cindy was very knowledgeable and so friendly! She took her time and showed me different options and helped make my bracelet look better than it did when I came in the store!

The lady who helped us was very helpful and patient.

I needed to exchange a Christmas present from my daughter and i didn’t have the receipt since it was a gift. The sales associate was able to look up the receipt using my daughter’s email and help me find a similarly priced charm. It was so easy! I also appreciated the safety procedures in place. I had to wait a few minutes to enter the store but I was happy to do that to stay socially distant. There was also plenty of hand sanitizer available.

Nicole O was very helpful. I received a gift card for Christmas and she was helpful adding rose gold and arranging my charms.

The associate was polite. She was knowledgeable and familiar with merchandise and my situation. She kept a smile on her face. And was happy to assist in anyway possible

My service was quick. The female who helped me was friendly and had knowledge of the product. It also was very clean inside and I felt safe .
