I was greeted immediately when entering the store. Although they were busy they still advised me continuously they would be with me and apologized. When helping me Whitney was pleasant and went over & beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my visit because the person who helped me was VERY kind and bubbly! The vibe between the employees was also welcoming and i was helped right away! He was also very kind on the phone when i had Called earlier that day to ask for the availability of a product! Thank you!! <3

I noticed the associate that helped me instantly had a smile on her face when I told her what exactly I was looking for and she grabbed just the right pieces it’s hard to make a choice because there are so many to choose from. But she was thorough in her search and made my shopping experience a breeze.

I was highly satisfied because as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted instantly. She was so nice and caring, I found what I was looking for in seconds.

The store manger was very knowledgeable and helpful with dealing with my problems.

I liked that I walked in and was able to get help with my bracelet. Apparently there is a known issue with the reflections bracelet. But I love it because it allows me to type. So I am okay with the bracelet and the service. Your sales associate was awesome.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the associates were very helpful and greeting me as soon as I walked through the door. They were friendly and were trying to inform me on the new promotions, gift cards as well as the store credit when signing up for the pandora card. They were handling my bracelet and ring with care. They cleaned it for me as well.
