The sales associate (Clayton) was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He’s very enthusiastic about Pandora’s jewelry. He makes shopping fun!

This was my second visit at the Pandora location in 2 weeks and the sales associate was the same one from my first visit. He was incredibly patient with wonderful recommendations. Will definitely return!

As soon as I came in I was kindly greeted and asked what I needed. They listened and gave me options within my price range and surprisingly there were lots of options. I ended up leaving with more than I came in with. Short pump has great sales women.

Everything was clean and embellished well. The customer service was very good. Plus my exchange was very easy.

The store and Clayton were great! I purchased an $80 bracelet with a gift card that broke when I attempted to put the charms on it. An $80b braclet should not break that easily. Yesterday I exchanged it for another one. If I had paid out of pocket for the bracelet, I would have returned it for a refund.
