The process was so smooth even though I ordered two hours in advance. The associate was super nice and even assisted me in buying more gifts. Loved the store and variety of products

It was raining and the line formed outside but the speed of getting inside was fast, The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The great customer service. The associates were friendly, kind, patient with me and funny! I ran had a problem with with my after pay app. The young lady who was helping, walked me through the process.

The associate who helped us was very knowledgeable about the available pieces. She was able to tell us pros and cons as debated between 2 different bracelets and helped us decide which worked better for us. She was also able to make suggestions for charms based on our likes/dislikes. She was very friendly and we never felt rushed as we made our decisions.
