I had the most wonderful experience using a gift certificate my son gave me for Christmas. The sales person at the Short Pump store could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Her name is Katie.

The sale associates were very professional and nice. The item I was looking for was available,It was a bracelet that I had lost that was given to me by my son on Mother’s Day and was hoping to replace luckily it was still in stock so I was very pleased end up buying additional items which I absolutely love.In sales correct Catherine and her other associates were very helpful.

I wish I knew her name but she was amazing at the Short Pump location. She was very understanding and knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to get me in and out in a snippity snap.

The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. One suggestion, another sales person (young woman with part blue hair) actually finished with a customer first, but she didn't say a word to me, being I was the next customer, the I though was very poor. I realize shows returning merchandise but proper customer service would have had her acknowledge she knew I was waiting not just ignoring me. Thank you
