Pandora Jewelry

I came to purchase a ring and ended up buying two for my daughter. The quality of the jewelry is excellent and beautiful. I would recommend everyone I know purchase Pandora!

The sales person acknowledged my mother and I as soon as we walked in the store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in the purchase we were trying to make.

The gentleman was very patient, and very knowledgeable of both current and retired beads. He was not in a rush and listened to what we were looking for.

I was very pleased with the customer service at this location. I had to drive from the other Pandora in Richmond, VA located in Stony point #172 because the service was poor. I had visited that store three times and made three purchases and a return. My purchase was placed on someone else's email address. Thankfully I knew the person. In two weeks I've spent over $500 and I'm currently in Atlanta visiting family and will be going to the Pandora store here to see what sections they have. Breanna was very professional and her customer service and patient cost me another $331. Lol. But the experience was worth the drive and the purchase. My mother had passed away and I was taking her ashes back home and wanted to get something to reflect the time we shared before she transition. I was able to do so and looking at my new angel and mother and daughter charm really helped with the pain of losing my mother. Thank you. It's the Little Things that matter and I really appreciate the time she took with me.

The store was very clean. Whitney made my experience so wonderful, she helped me customize my new pandora bracelet and was so excited to help me find things that fit my interests!

Sales associate got to know us and didn't just treat us like a sale. The store was clean, well organized and easy to navigate even though it was busy. The exchange process was easy and allowed my sister and I to grab coffee as well before her train back.

Even though it was Xmas it went quickly through the line.
