Our sales associate, Cynthia, was phenomenal. She greeted us right away, was quick to show us the latest in Fall accessories, and went over an above to help my Mom design a ring comprised of multiple stack rings - which came out beautiful!

Staff was pleasant and friendly. One associate greeted me by my name. She has helped me a number of times.

I was pleased with the customer service . I can’t remember anyone’s name but I called to check on availability of an item , she was pleasant and professional. The visit to the store was pleasurable. The assistant manager was very personable and shared in the excitement of my purchase. I will definitely let this be my home pandora shop location. .

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the experience great. I really like some of the new designs. I do miss the catalogs because I mark the pieces I am interested in before I shop and I like to visualize the groupings which gives me ideas for my purchases.
