I came in to purchase a bracelet for my mother and ended up leaving with one for myself as well. Katie was very helpful and pleasant. She took very good care of me despite my indecisive ways. Katie took her time and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. She did her best to help me make discussions. She even put the charms on for me to make sure it met my needs. I really enjoyed working with Katie. Every time I come to Pandora I will be looking for her!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Clayton. He took me right to the merchandise that I was looking for. He even took the time to explain to me how to clean the merchandise and informed me that I had the option to bring it back in the future for cleaning.

I actually went to two different pandora locations, I bought charms and I also had to return my bracelet that broke. I received great customer service and assistance with my situation. The sales associate kept me engaged so much that I bought another charm. I love Pandora store and the sales associates are amazing and they keep us customers coming back to spend our money not only for your product but also for the excellent customer service that is received as soon as you walk in the door.

The Manager Clayton went over and above to assist me with decisions on weather to exchange, return or just keep what I have. I ultimately kept what I had and because of his great customer service, ended up purchasing another piece of jewelry!!! Great employee that you have in Clayton... wonderful personality!!!!

I was not familiar with buying jewelry, but Clayton was incredibly helpful and a very warm person.
