Even without a receipt, the exchange was handled smoothly with friendly and helpful service.

The store was quite crowded at the time of my visit. Their were only 2 clerks working. Both were very pleasant, giving customers the attention they deserved with a very positive attitude. They wanted on customers in turn, so while I had to wait a bit to get helped, it was still a very positive experience.

I have a pandora bracelet and it needed cleaning. The sales associate was extremely helpful and my bracelet came out beautiful and like new.

Clayton was awesome! He was very friendly, approachable and professional. His energy was amazing although the store was busy. Clayton you rock!!!

I was assisted upon my entrance in the store. I came back once again and was instantly assisted with once more. The displays are beautiful and everyone is knowledgeable. I love my selection
