It was a smooth process and everyone in the store was friendly and helpful.

The ease with moving through the store as well as excellent customer service. My sells person was extremely patient with me and gave me her undivided attention. Pandora does a great job training employees to display wonderful customer service. I completely enjoy my experience every time I visit.

Upon entrance, I was greeted at the door. The customer service representative placed me on the waiting list using her tablet, and the wait time was very minimal considering the holiday season. They had what I wanted in stock with the exception of the size of my bracelet, however, I was told that I could purchase it in the size that they had and be contacted once the shipment with my size was available. Very considerate!

I usually visit the store in Stoney Point. This was my first visit to the Short Pump store. Clayton was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was purchasing a gift for a friend and she was able to guide me as to what to get as I was not familiar with the bracelets.
