Sale associate named Julieta M was super helpful and friendly. My mom and I have just finished a cruise and during the cruise we started a tradition of buying a pandora charm for every place we visit together. So we were in the store to buy a Miami charm and also to check if there were other city/country charms. She helped us pick a charm and also engraved a personalized one for the Bahamas. Julieta was so kind, friendly and brought smile of both our faces. I wish all sale associates was as friendly and helpful as she was. Since I had such a great experience, I made 5 online orders and also another store purchase. My experience with Pandora was the first time I had brought something and because of the great experience, I subsequently bought more items. I plan to continue to shop at Pandora.
