The ladies in the store were very friendly and allowed me to hold the necklace so that I can get a good feel for it. They answered any questions I had about their return policy. They also told me that if there were to be any promos that Pandora will let me know.

During the pandemic I got fast service. I have underlining condition but I felt safe. There was a limited number of customers. Urmi was effective and handled my purchase with ease. She was able to get me in the correct fit.
