All the charms I was looking to purchase were in stock. What I like about this particular location is that they are never pushy salespeople, they make suggestions but never push the product in an aggressive manner. I like coming out of a shopping experience feeling as though I made the decision to purchase something and not as though it was made for me.

The associate who helped me was extremely helpful, patient and pleasant. Those qualities are extremely important to me when purchasing and extremely hard to find these days.

I am creating a rose gold and silver bracelet with charms that have sparkly accents. At this visit, I wanted two more rose gold charms. The salesperson (Christopher at the Somerset store - Troy, MI) was very knowledgeable and helped me find two very nice additions for my bracelet. He even put them on for me.
