I was greeted by friendly associates as soon as I entered the store. Lois, the associate that helped me, was extremely knowledge about the merchandise and very sweet. I was able to purchase not only the product I came to buy, but also another unique gift of a ballet charm for my daughter as well. I will be returning with my daughter in the near future to add more charms to her Pandora bracelet.

I had three rings to exchange but because it was during the by two get one free sale I could only exchange the monetary about of 90 dollars and I had to pay out of pocket for my new third ring. Not only that but Pandora kept all three of my rings instead of just the ones that were monetary for the exchange.

Pandora's sale reps make your visits as pleasing as possible, you are never rushed, or make to feel that your purchase has been hassle. The store is large enough to have multiple check out areas. Presentation of new releases are displayed with multiple options, to give you ideas how to wear their jewelry.

I appreciate someone being designated to help me before entering the store This is a great idea and makes customers want to come back to this location. I didn’t have to stand around waiting on someone to help me and made the process more welcoming.The staff were terrific I can’t say enough about the customer service and patience the took with me I changed my mind and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. I will be back to this location

i visited this store at the height of the christmas shopping season. even though they were extremely busy the check in procedure they had was excellent. they provided coffee and hot chocolate for the customers. the wait time for assistance was minimal, which i found pleasing. i loved the fact that they had a catalog of charms i could look through and was surprised to find that with my purchase i qualified for free bangle bracelets for my daughters and daughter in law which i plan to buy charms for them and give to them as birthday gifts with their family birthstone charms as gifts. i was not at all disappointed by the staff, who all seemed to be quite as ease with all customers, never showing a moment of disrespect or negativity .top notch staff all the way around. you should be proud of these ladies
