Friendly service , speedy line

Store manager was available to answer questions, keep people in the line to enter the store informed on progress. Staff knew about new merchandise, able to access it immediately. Overall, a positive experience at a very busy time of the year -- Christmas.

I like the system of waiting in line outside of the store which makes it easier to view items once inside. The attendant was very polite and helpful. A week before Christmas and they still had a large selection of items.

Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales clerk was very helpful. She introduced me to the store manager. They seemed to work well together.
