The overall experience at the store was awesome. The sale person Jade was fully engaged and was helpful with the product I was looking to purchase.

The two associates that helped us were extremely friendly. They made me feel really at ease and not pressured to purchase anything.

The sales are friendly and helpful. She did not push me to purchase, that is good. She looks polished and sweet.

Basically I had no problem with my exchange and the sales representative was a great people person without attitude and made sure everyone was satisfied and keeping my business Everytime I come to Pandora.
