I had originally purchased a bracelet from your store in Somerset Mall in Troy MI. The first time I went in to pick up the bracelet I bought, the service was not good. I purchased 2 clips to go on the bracelet, and they were apparently too small, but the sales associate that put the bracelet together didn’t bother to tell me that. So when I showed my aunt, she said they were too small and I had to exchange the bracelet and clips to accommodate more charms in the future. I returned yesterday, and worked with Lex who was INCREDIBLE. She assisted me in every way I was hoping when I originally came in. Lex was amazing, and I would refer her to anyone that decided to ever go to this store. Please give her a promotion or something, because she saved my Christmas with my girlfriend, because this was a gift to her. I’m glad she resolved these issues, and I didn’t give my girlfriend the incomplete bracelet I received at first.
