The salespeople were very friendly, accommodating and knwledgeable

I love Pandora jewerly. I adore my shining barcelets, and avaiable maintenance.

They didn’t have a lot of red to choose from

Some of the associates seemed to be pretending to be busy. Not a lot of the selection had enough sizes. The associate that was helping another customer disappeared to the back for like 10 minutes and came back just to help someone else, ignoring the prior customer they were already helping.

I came in to have a bracelet repaired but the associates were not able to assist me with the problem l.

The selection was limited and it wasn't any prices on charms. I was charged for the wrong charm.

I went to return a gift that was given. She recieved 2 of the same bracelets. They indicated that I had only 30 days
