I told the associate that I was a member of the Pandora club and that I wanted to use the 30% off for Nov 20 pre Black Friday sale. I don't know why but I didn't get the discount. I am very disappointed I missed out. I would not have made the purchase if I knew I wouldn't be getting the discount. I would have gone home and ordered it online.

My salesperson Zaria was knowledgeable & pleasant. Just fantastic! We tried several lengths of the bracelet I purchased but somehow I still ended up with the smaller bracelet. My friend will need to return it for a larger one. Not sure how it happened.

Since there was a holiday before there wasn't alot of inventory. Not Pandoras fault but it impacted my experience.
