Highly satisfied is over the top for the encounter. I was satisfied with my experience nothing happened above and beyond to make me feel highly satisfied. I would’ve felt highly satisfied if I had received a surprise discount on the selected items I viewed/purchased.

The associate that help me was rude and she did even know about the Pandora me collection. I was asking about the single stud earrings and she seemed like she didn’t want to help me or show me any of the earrings, I also bought a bracelet and she didn’t want to let me pick my own size, she told me the bracelet she showed me was good enough and that it would stretch. I have been a Pandora Customer for a long time and this is my first rude experience. She definitely ruined my birthday

Can’t find the right size bracelet at any store called the Pandora hotline and the wait time is ridiculous The the problem is still not solved solved

I usually have a great shopping experience with Pandora. I was NOT highly satisfied this specific time, due to the fact that the sales associate was not very knowledgeable about the products and items being sold.

I didn’t like that you were required to wait in line if you were just picking up and not shopping or “looking.” It’s also very small and tight in there compared to other locations, even with the crowd control line - maybe consider expanding the store. Regarding my online experience, I also did not like that hundreds of items were repeatedly out of stock.
