I didn't know I had to be highly satisfied

I had nice visit. I bought beautiful items. One of the bracelets that I needed didn't find it. But the sales associate Wendy was so nice and friendly.

I just love Pandora Jewelry. I have so many items in different collections. I prefer silver jewelry only.

Would have liked a bigger selection of items.

The wait to get into the store was almost an hour with four people in line and 5 staff with only 3 helping

The store had just what I was looking for and the selection was awesome, I would highly recommend this store to all my family and friends.

The associate was mediocre with service as well as knowledgeable of products. She did not provide her name and wasn’t as pleasant until she realized a purchase was being made. I like to suggest that she relax introduce herself by name and have better conversation with customer’s as make suggestions of merchandise.

While being waited on by one sales associate. another sales jumped in to my conversation regard. My business. She was rrude . She tried to tell the assoc. what to do.

It took a long time to get in the store but it 4 sales persons

My sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable. I waited an hour in line for a 15 minute transaction. I would suggest taking orders in line for people who know what they want. Some people want to go into store and shop but not everyone. I would not recommend this store for wait time. Maybe hire more employees . love the location but not the wait
