Basically, I couldn't get the baseball glove charm. And there were people in the store just browsing and not buying. and it was a limit of 6 per,and the ones browsing were holding up the others.

First the assoc 199381 was not considerate of the fact my daughter was with me and told me she could not come in the store with me and that she had to stand at the door due to the store limit I understand covid limits but that's a child they should be allowed in and I could not fully focus on shopping due to watching my child and when someone was leaving I asked could she come in and the manager said that she could have came in from the start and looked at the girl as if she already knew that I was upset but did not want to cause any issues in store but I don't not appreciate being treated the way I was yall need to make sure all employees know that so the next parent does not experience what I did. On top of that she did not tell me about the survey where I could save 10 bucks on my next purchase and she knew I was planning on coming back to get a rosegold bracelet for my mom due to her silver one being filled up. A customer in the store told me about it 😒

Alot of the charms I wanted to purchase were not available. I was able to find replacements but they were not what I originally wanted. At least 4 charms I wanted to purchase were not available.
