Because my service was not Excellent

I was looking for a certain pair of earrings, they were not available. I was shown a matching necklace. I was told the price was a $100 was at checkout the price was $175. I still made the purchase but I was disappointed.

I was in line for over an hour to get in the store

There was no sale, the sales associate didn't bring different trays to let me find, she just offered the guide book. Anyways it wasn't bad.

A lot of merchandise was not available, wait time was some what long, sales associates did not appear to be to knowledgeable or willing to offer customer support about products.

I had to wait outside the store for over 45 minutes because the store was unstaffed and I only wanted to purchase a gift card. The item that I wanted was not on sale but at Jared's they had a 50% off sale on all Pandora products--full price when you can go less than one mile and get it half price!!! I don't plan on going there again other than if Pandora is having a sale and the pandemic is over!!!

Not a lot of stock to choose from.
