No big deal, not the holy grail. Overall a good visit. The items I purchased were available and on sale, satisfied customer.

The store didn’t have the exact same Bracelet I ordered online which the one I ordered was to small I had to pay more for a different bracelet.

The wait was to long and not enough staff

I was very satasfied, even though they didn't have the item i was looking for they still found me a perfect alternative!

It is a good service, but the waiting times To enter the store is around 45 min

I came back to repurchase a promise ring because the first one I bought here broke. That’s honestly my biggest concern. I was told by another associate that it was adjustable, just that just ended up breaking it. However the employees at this location seemed much more knowledgeable.

I picked out two pair of earrings that I found online that I wanted to buy in store. I couldn't have them shipped as I needed them in two days for a birthday party. The website said both pair of earrings were in stock at the location I was going to. When I got there neither pair was available. I had to buy one pair of the earrings in a rose color instead of silver.

Everything was greasy as far as the experience. I was charged regular price for a charm that was on sale online. I will go back and take care of it. The sales associate was very nice.
