There was a limited supplies for ring sizes, because it's a #1 seller and #1 size this particular rings building. However, we some what made it work in the end. But Sharleen, W. Did know what we were looking for. Thank you Sharleen, W.

The wait time.

The Store was busy and it wasn’t clear upon my arrival that I needed to be placed on a sign in list.

It took 10 minutes to get an associate's help with check out. When I finally was able to shop she was very helpful.

The store was nice as usual the staff was knowledgeable but I couldn’t buy the charms I wanted because they’ve been discontinued

I came in looking for something specific (the birthstone charm), but because they are supposed to be changing the look for next year they stopped selling it or didn’t have anymore. So This caused me to buy something other than what I intended on getting.
