Waited at least 20 minutes for an associate only to be advised the Essence Collection is being discontinued and that they only had 5 charms available.

It was my birthday and all I received was a 10% off online only but I was in store so that was of no use. I think when a person has purchased so many charms they should also get a better deal.

We got a beautiful necklace and a ring!! The chain on the necklace broke within 24 hours !! We took it back and they replaced it . Very satisfied with the service

Not sure I agree with the exchange policy, especially if the item was a gift.. I had to ask my boyfriend for the receipt of the bracelet that broke in less than a month.

I didn't find the exact product I was looking for. There wasn't enough more simple jewelry at the store. And for the jewelry that I did end up liking, there wasn't many versions of it that I would prefer.
