The sales Associates wasn’t the most friendly.

Due to no books that you can look in and find the jewelry need to bring back books to too long to find the items

I was satisfied with my experience at the store. Sale associate was the Assistant Manager and she was highly informed on the products.

Availability of the item i was looking for.

I like this store, the products are nice and looking good for every women in this world. Also the price is not that big. Recommending for everyone.

The store was understaffed for the occasion. Feb.14th is a known high traffic day. The store should have been staffed Accordingly.

I don’t like how u can’t see all the charms. I don’t like how their layered on top of each other

Pandora rose collection is completely understand developed. This is the only line of Pandora that I like and it does not receive the same attention or have the same product as the gold and silver counterparts. I would like more products in this line so that I do not have to feel obligated to buy into the other lines that I don't like as much. I purchased the mesh rose gold bracelet and there are not enough variety in charms nor enough changes for his collection. I want access to the same charms as the gold and silver collections. For example, I wanted the space ship for my bracelet and it was not available. The only thing rose has are a bunch of hearts.

Service was a somewhat slow.

I feel nothing occurred differently from my previous experiences to make this experience any greater. I am always satisfied with my purchases.
