Purchased a bracelet for $300 i wore it out the store but she did not give me a box for my bracelet. I would’ve liked the pandora box for my bracelet.

Two of the charms I was shopping for wasn't available in the store. The sales associate suggested that I order it from Pandora.com.

Although informed of free cleanings, I feel associates should offer a cleaning cloth and quick demonstration with every purchase.

Spoke with manager about an exchange for a different item due to a lot of items being sold out online. I asked if I could exchange a charm for a different charm for the same price including the discount and she said it was against policy. However had no proof. I asked why and she said we don't do that.

I know it was a holiday week , but they should’ve left a sign for the customers to sign in. I waited 15 min in the store before I knew that I have to sign in .

When I entered the store, no one told me that there was a wait list to see an associate. I waited around and found out after seeing someone else sign in. Other customers were telling customers about the wait list. No one was being told about this. People were not happy, I witnessed one worker get extremely crabby with a customer. The associate that waited on me was great.

Sales associate, Samantha the assistant manager, did not know the location of the bead we were looking for, and had to ask 2 people where it was. Then, proceeded to rummage around under the counter for a long time and did not tell us what was going on or how long we would have to wait. She did not smile and was not nice at all. She also did not know how to work the checkout system on the iPads. This was very weird considering her name tag said assistant manager.

It's always a bonus to be able to buy items during a sale but sometimes the sale isn't always a cost factor until, the customer has purchased the items and realized the savings were not as impressive

I wanted to exchange a ring that no longer fit due to certain medical conditions and the sales associate said it was not a problem and got the correct size ring out and everything and then she disappeared and went in the back for about 5 minutes and then her and the "manager" come out and the manager is inspecting both rings like there was something wrong with them with their was not except the sizing issue and the manager said to me she can not exchange the ring because it was from 2017 and i said doesn't the ring come with a 1 year warranty and she said yes if the item is defective and i thought that was complete bs and i told her i have not wore the ring very much due to my medical condition and that i just needed a bigger size and she said she could not due anything for me but yet i still purchased a charm from that location.
