I love the atmosphere of the Pandora shop, the customer service was really nice and friendly (as usual). I always visit this Pandora shop, its the closest to my house. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

I wasn’t due to the person I went with not with the representative she was very nice and friendly she showed me all the new merchandise and things that were on sale

I cannot really say I was dissatisfied because I visit the store on Mother's Day holiday weekend. I did enjoy and appreciate the greeting coming in the store. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be back at the Pandora store at Somerset Mall.

Nice store but the wait time was a bit long. There should be more associates during holiday season

The store was very crowded for a Tuesday evening and I stood around at the front counter for close to 10 minutes before an associate came over from the back of the store with a clipboard to sign-in and wait for a turn with a sales associate. This process was very unclear, especially since I had never been in a Pandora store before. A sales associate should be waiting at the entrance of the store with the clipboard to take names as guests enter.

I was highly satisfied. I will come back. Love this store.

I was waited on immediately as I entered the store. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable about the product.

I was not highly satisfied because they didn’t show me more products from the same branch of the bracelet, just because there were people waiting.

I was exchanging a charm and I had the receipt, but I was not given the difference in cash. I have spent nearly 10,000 on four bracelets with charms.
