Did not like having to wait in line to enter the store. It was nice we were able to look through the sale catalog while we waited in line. The clerk did not ask if we wanted to see any additional pieces just exchanged our item.

The assistant was helpful and i purchased some pretty charms. The store was easy to navigate. Sufficient assistants available. Good experience.
