I did not appreciate the fact that I was not able to browse the store. I had to stand in a line outside the store and wait for an associate before entering.

It was pretty busy, & it took a while to get help. We were approached by three employees before we were made our final decision-partly it was my sister's fault, as she was having trouble making a final decision.

The store is very small and hard to get around given the amount of customers. There were a limited amount of trays with charms I was interested in and I had to wait until the one I wanted was available. I was in the store longer than 45 minutes. Some of the charms I wanted were out of stock so I was not able to purchase them and the promotion was only available in store, otherwise I would have just gone online and avoided the hassle of coming to the store. The closest store to me is 30 minutes away.

The sales rep was very nice, but tried to talk me into stuff that I didn’t really need or want.

Two of the sales associates had problems with their tablets for executing purchases. This lasted for quite a while even after they restarted their tablets. I left the store and returned at which time the tablets were working. It would be good for them to have been trained to use the regular machine in events like these.The sales associate was very pleasant and apologetic.
