When I went to the store there was a promotion "every U$ 100.00 you spend, you can choose one earring or ring for free". I spent U$ 1050.00 + taxes and I just could chose 3, I discovered this at the end, because the manager told that could be maximum 3 per customer. This is really a "nasty" promotion, since the store posters/marketing doesn't make this clear. Actually, there is not any visibly information about that. I think is bad faith... I loved the products but Pandora's image is different for me now.

Although there were not a lot of charms to choose from in the rose gold collection, the sales associated was able to recommend charms that would accent the bracelet for my 17 year old daughter. The associate was pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring and very helpful to me.

The store was very crowded and it was hard to view what I was looking for. I used the catalog instead of viewing charms in the cases. The associate was helpful in showing me what I wanted to see.

Buying new charms for my bracelet. Didn't know what I wanted. Was not shown many charms.
