I'd like to say I'm very satisfied with this purchase, I didn't choose Highly Satisfied just because this is the 1st time I bought Pandora, I hope have better experience about it.

i wasn’t not, not satisfied. the line was just kind of long so it took a while to get helped. people who came in after me were helped before me.

I had to wait in line over an hour before entering the store. I not completely blame the employees working because they can't control how long it takes people to decide, but still it was a long time to wait and more people could have been let into the store to view products before being assisted

Over a 30 minute wait. Only two associates were on the clock by the time I was able to enter the store. About ten people behind me were still in line to go in after 7:15 PM. With the high traffic of that location, it is surprising it has not expanded. There is typically a line to enter on any given weekend.

45 minute wait to enter the store. 4 associates were working, and awesome. Could have used another person or two to help assist people with the after holiday rush. The Somerset (Troy, Mi) location tends to often have lines even during normal non-holiday times. Due to the traffic and location, a larger store would probably do very well.

Sale associates had no knowledge on items or promotion that was going

I usually don’t frequent this location because of the sales associates that work here and the experiences that I have had in the past. The associate acted as though she did not want to be there and she was not the first associate that I’ve had that experience with , she acted as though I was a bother to her , so for that reason I won’t be returning to this specific location. I always have a great experience and receive wonderful customer service with any of the ladies at the Partridge Creek location in Michigan.

No more option online in chain section

Not very manu options for charms. Associates werent very knowledgeable On charms and there whereabouts. Seemed very wishy washy preoccupied with each other in the store instead of helping me. Seemed as if I was being helped by a newer gentleman and the ladies in the store could careless to help him while he was helping me.
