The bracelet I purchased when she rang it up she told me it was $75 when i got home looked at Receipt i was charged $90! I live an hour away i was not turning back around! I spent $291 there the other ladies got coupons upon leaving i didnt receive any! Just my receipt.

I wasn't satisfied nor was I dissatisfied. The sales associate wasn't very engaging. She wasn't rude, but she just didn't appear to be very engaged. I still made a purchase so I wasn't offended by the services rendered; I just didn't feel engaged.

I was not satisfied with my experience because there was a point where I was first in line waiting to be placed with a sales associate and she did everything else but call the next guest. The line was wrapped around the outside of the store and she wants to lallygag and take her sweet time. She was skimming through books and looking through the showcase knowing that there was a line that was outrageous. There is a time for everything and I’m sure that she could have prioritized her time. By the time I was finally called into the store, there was only one customer in the store and a line of 30 ppl outside. I was not satisfied with the time management or the friendliness of the staff. I know they may have been tired, but you cannot display that when in a client facing role. Very distasteful. The person that was helping me stated to me that all the trays had the same thing & they didn’t. I made her aware I was looking for a specific item which she condescendingly told me was not on sale, but to my surprise the tray in the case next to us had exactly what I was looking for ON SALE. She refused to go above and beyond for me. I wish I could’ve given my sale to someone more deserving.

I had an appointment and no one acknowledged me. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

I felt that no wanted to help me because they felt like i wasn’t going to buy anything but actually Pandora is one of my favorite stores i shop there often but i normally shop online

Sales person was not friendly,she was on the rude side like she did not want to do her job. She acted as tho it was a bother for her to clean my Pandora bracelet after I purchased a charm for it, and asked me to remove the other charms if they were not pandora. She did not seem very knowledgeable when I asked about Birth month charms, she instead showed me charms like a Cake.
