My bracelet was clearly diffective, even the sales associate said so upon examining the bracelet. The bracelet was a gift so I did not have a receipt, I was told to call customer service. No other explanation was given, I called my sister who then sent a copy of the receipt to me ONLY then the bracelet was exchanged.

The sales associate was rude. She did not greet us, nor did she seem eager to be helpful. It seemed as though we were bothering her by coming to your store.

Bracelet was reasonable but the charms are too expensive. Unfirtunately I visited the store during the holiday season which was a bit chaotic

sales lady never smiled. Not interested to help, she work like a robot , whatever you say she silently do and dont offer any suggestion. Frustrating, i was only interested to look because it was on my wishlist and there was a 35 off for the whole purchase.

cut my arm on display case was not wiped off by assoc and was jumped over the waiting list by store sales people manger did not seemed to be to concern about it. was not very happy with it

There was a long wait for me to purchase my items and I felt completely ignored by the sale representatives. Poor costumer service!

I selected a gold clip for my gold bracelet. However, I did not have the bracelet with me but I showed the sales attendant which bracelet I have. She sold me a gold clip that does not fit my bracelet. It fits on a bangle, not the bracelet I have. I can wear it as a spacer, but not as a clip.
