Had a very new employee who instead of taking trays out she was pulling out one charm at a time. This made shopping very difficult and she should have really been working with an experienced associate. I was just happy to get out of there but I really don’t think that I saw a good display of your merchandise at all. Lucky for me I looked on line before I went to the store because basically everything she showed me was what I saw on line and had to ask for.

When I was selecting my ring, the assistance was taping her fingers and that made me felt that she was a little bit impatient so I speeded up my selection. It would make me feel more comfortable to not rush through my selection. And also the assistance was not smiling much and that made me think that she was thinking that I am not really want to buy anything since I look very young...

Sales associate demeanor was not welcoming it was as if she didn't want to serve me. She helped because it was her job not because she wanted to help. It all seemed fake to me, she was very dry. Not the friendly smiling associate that I'm used to encountering.

The manager on staff was not helpful or friendly. I had to ask again for the information I requested about the corporate office number for customer service.

The sales associate was really rude. She looked like she wanted us gone, had a very visible attitude on her face.

There was about 3 people in the store when I enetered. There was about 10 by the time I left. The sales associates were extremely slow. Our wait was extremely long.

The sales associate was in a hurry, her attitude showed that she really didn't want to be there. I asked that she wait to put my charm on my bracelet until I complete my purchase, she put it on any way. I asked that she try to assemble the base charms and hanging charms evenly around the bracelet and she did not not. I had to ask her if she could clean my bracelet, she did it but begrudgingly. I'll ask for someone different if I go there again and she is working. Not happy at all with the service.

The wait was ridiculously long. The sales associate was not friendly at all. She served us with much attitude, as if we were bothering her by being there. Her knowledge of the merchandise was minimal. She misquoted pricing for items purchased, and when questioned about it, she just shrugged her shoulders and said, oh well, that’s what it is. So we paid a higher price than what was quoted. The entire experience was terrible! It made me question spending my money there at all.

I was to receive a free bracelet with a $150 purchase. After the transaction was completed I was told that small was the only size available in the bracelet.

Felt rushed by the associate after waiting in line for 30mins to enter the store, She wasn’t any help with looking at options! I ending up buying one charm and leaving. Had planned to purchase multiple items but was turned off by the associate not being helpful and making me feel rushed.
