The sales associate I had was rude and didn’t seem to care about me buying something at all. She had an attitude the whole time and was acting like I was a joke. I’ve had better experiences at different locations. I probably will not return to Pandora at Somerset mall in MI. Not a great experience.

I wasn’t satisfied because I expressed the bracelet that broke and wouldn’t stay on and I had warranty for another but even this bracelet doesn’t stay. It should at least another option when you have warranty

Walked up to the store, few associates made eye contact but did not greet or said to “please wait someone will be with you” I had to say Excuse me several times to get someone’s attention. Saw two Associates just walking in the store, but we’re not cautious enough to say anything. Finally when we at the counter, the associate was not very forthcoming in showing the charms. Felt like she was trying to get rid of us. Over all very not a happy customer. I ended up buying the charm but only because I asked to show us the charms

Did not feel that the sales associate was friendly toward my 15 year old daughter. We felt like she assumed we wouldn’t buy much so it didn’t matter. Next time we’ll just go to Tiffany’s instead.

Well, soon as the first sales associate saw me and my sister she claim she had to clean her station which is fine but when I looked at her through the store window she didn’t clean anything she just handed us off to the next sales person which apparently was the store manager. I felt very uncomfortable while asking to see the charms the sales person looked uncomfortable talking to my sister and I the whole time. We felt rushed and when we would ask to see a piece or a tray the sales person kept the charm in the glass the whole time like we was going to steal. If our visit wasn’t for my sister birthday present, we would have left the store. Between the two of us we spent more than $1,000 in just that visit. That's how much we loved the charms not the service we received. I hope other locations are not like this one or that will be the last time I buy anything from Pandora. We will not be returning to this location.

I needed to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size the 1st sales person help put all my charms on bigger bracelet & put it on my wrist to wear out & another salesperson stepped over and was like we can’t resale the bracelet that was bought for Mother’s Day ! So I had to remove all my charms from the bracelet and put them back on a bracelet that I will probably not wear that often due to the tightness! It will be a very long time before I purchase anything from PANDORA especially a bracelet! Disappointed & saddened that I can’t enjoy my bracelet from Mother’s Day !
