It took to long, the customer in line didn’t social distance and one of the store employee Sneezed she took her mask off her nose and snezzed in the air, I did say something to the store Manger.😞😞

When I was there the sale associates made me and my daughter feel like I was not good enough to purchase anything thing there. They keep telling me the prices like I couldn’t afford it. 😡

Our (my friends and I) service was horrible! Our sales associate Kelssie was NOT very helpful, she was rushing us. We felt extremely rushed, and I felt as though she really didn’t to care to show us what we were asking. The other sales associate took our bracelets to get cleaned (7 bracelets in all) when she bought them back they weren’t cleaned at all!! I’ve been coming to this pandora store for the last 5 years! Never again! lost a good customer! Not only with myself I also got my mother n law to shop there 5 years ago, I got my mother to shop there over the years , my family , my friends etc we all WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK!! Not to mention I was there yesterday with my 4 children and my friend, one of my kids were in a stroller , and Kelssie, kept referring to us to the other associates, as the ‘big family’ .. oh since there family is so big, we’ll have them stand over here, oh since your family is big ma’am we’re only letting 4 people at a time in the store, and we have to wait for 2 more people to come out.’ Granted we KNOW it’s a pandemic going on we know the rules and regulations, but her tone was OFF. She was extremely rude and dismissive

The customer service in the store was very lacking. The knowledge of the product was also upsetting because my sales associate didn’t know anything about Pandora. To the point she had to get someone else to help.

The sales associate "Taylor" seemed very put out and annoyed that she had to wait on me. Whichever ring I chose, she said they were out of it (3 rings) and very reluctantly removed an existing ring from the display. The store manager "Crissy" was busy helping another associate so I didn't stay to advise her of the unpleasant service. When I mentioned to "Taylor" that she seemed annoyed in waiting on my daughter and I, she merely replied "nope." In addition, when reluctantly showing me with the selection/tray of "in stock" rings when replacing same she whispered to the associate next to her something about us, as he turned around to look at us. That is not the kind of service you expect at Pandora. I might mention I have purchased several items from this store in the past, and will certainly avoid Taylor, if she is still employed at this location.

I visited this Pandora specifically to purchase the new coffee cup charm and also an open bangle bracelet and look at disney charms. When I went into the store I asked the sales associate if the new coffee cup charm was in stock and she said yes, she grabbed it for me and when i said I would take it she immediately asked me if I wanted to open a Pandora credit card....I declined the offer as i am not in need for the credit card at this time. She then persisted to ask me another THREE times if I wanted the card to which I responded I was truly not interested in this card. After this she seemed frustrated that I said no and was trying to cash me out at that point. I asked if they had the open bangle in stock and she went to get it for me to try on, after looking at it I let her know I would probably just purchase the charm at this time, she then went on to ask me (or hassle me at this point) TWICE more about opening the credit card and how i can get anything I want if I get the card. i once again told her I really was not interested at all in getting the card. At this point she rushed me to cash out and I was unable to even ask to browse at other charms.

Purchased a glass charm in red and when i got home the color was in box was wrong. Now i have return and is 45 minutes ine way
