My 10 year old daughter wanted Disney charm for her bracelet. We asked to see Disney charms and were told she couldn't take the case from the display only individual charms but another sales person had her case out of the display showing another customer. My daughter asked why was the other customer was allowed to see case outside the display and she wasn't. Not to mention we asked to see disney charms and were shown a display that wasnt completely filled. When we walked around the store and saw a completely filled Disney display that wasn't shown to us. My daughter asked why werent we shown the case that was filled with charms. She said she would have picked another charm if the full Disney tray was shown to us. I feel like we weren't given the proper attention to detail that we would expect. My daughter and I felt like we weren't treated properly. It upsets me that her experience was subpar.

I was not satisfied with Pandora because the sale’s associate I had was rather rude. I felt like an inconvenience to her and she barely answered any of my questions. I also felt rushed since I didn’t know my ring size.

I went to Somerset location to exchange my Pandora charm bracelet because the clamp keeps opening and falling off. The bracelet was purchased back in December as a Christmas gift, but it has been falling off bc the clamp keeps opening. I took it to Pandora before and they tighten the clamp thinking that was going to help but unfortunately it opened again. Yesterday the assistant manager Jessica was very rude at the Somerset location, she would not swap out the bracelet because she stated that “she heard it clamp”. My issue is that this isn’t the first time I had the issue with someone heading the clamp but yet the bracelet still seems to fall off due to the clamp opening. I just keep getting lucky and finding it when it falls off or hear it fall off. If I loose my bracelet all together Pandora isn’t going to replace my charms or bracelet. So because of Jessica, the assistant manager not being willing to swap it out for another bracelet I asked her if she could let me refund it since I’m under warranty still, she then stated no.. I’m very displeased with Jessica service yesterday on April 6,2021.

The manager, Chrissy, on duty said an inappropriate and unnecessary comment about me. I brought my dog into the store inside of an enclosed mesh dog carrier/stroller. As I was being helped by Nicole, Chrissy walked past me and said literally behind my back, “Oh my gosh, a dog in a child cart. That is dog torture.” My dog was in a spacious mesh portable dog carrier designed for dogs. I cannot help to assume that she was saying this aloud to herself assuming I did not understand her. I am of Asian descent. I do not want to mention race in this matter, but but why else would she share her negative thoughts at such a loud volume right next to me. Later, she involved a store employee into the situation by telling them, “Carrying the dog in a chest carrier would have been better.” At that point, I felt that I was in a hostile environment. If there are no specific actions steps that will be taken to address this issue, then I will only have to assume Pandora condones such behaviors exhibited by Chrissy. I would also like a free returning shipping label to return the item I purchased. Looking at it reminds me of the horrid and hostile shopping experience.

I went to exchange a defective bracelet. Was basically talked down to, shamed and ridiculed my your associate. I will not be shopping at this location ever again and maybe not at pandora all together.

The sales associate didn’t treat me like she did her other customers. She wasn’t friendly and didn’t greet me or tell me to have a nice day at the end, she stayed completely quiet and seemed bothered that I was there wanting to purchase something. She didn’t give me any type of information about the ring that I purchased either, it almost seemed she wanted me out as soon as possible. Overall, highly unsatisfied with the way I was treated.

I was sold a used bracelet, that was stretched out and worn very heavily. I did not realize until i was home that it was stretched. It was on Black Friday around 9:45pm and they were rushing everyone out of the store. My Sales person was Krissy i believe she was the Store Manager which is why i was so shocked i was sold something used and worn. I went to 12 oaks and they showed me a brand new bracelet compared to the one i received and there was a huge difference. I buy a lot at Pandora and have several bracelets however, i will not be returning to the Somerset collection location as i feel the merchandise is not the quality it should be for what i am paying. I will go to 12 oaks where i am treated great and the merchandise is NEW not used.
