I was not greeted when I walked into the store. Even though I was the first customer to walk in, I was not the first customer to be helped and I was not told exactly what I needed for an exchange when I called on the phone. It was a waste of my time and gas when all the associate had to do was tell me what I needed when I called.

The new bracelet I purchased just 3 days ago broke. Disappointed in the quality.

Ms. Danielle M. was really rude, and for that reason I will not be coming back.

The girl that assisted me was very unpleasant. She did not greet me with a smile. She seemed annoyed. I never had such a bad experience at this store but her attitude made me annoyed and I will definitely not return to this store. She did not even help me try the bracelet on and looked distracted.

Assoc 160370was perfect. I love Pandora. AME prefer store is Somerset. I was having problems with opening the bracelet purchased. I needed another option. She offered to transfer my charms to the two options. My goal is two bracelets gold and silver. I wanted the Shine. My gold when transferred looked unattractive. She noticed I had the tradional Round Pandora bracelet and clop. Aside from the gold clasp, the iconic clasp was perfect choice after she transferred. I truly appreciate the investment of time. Thank you.

I think overall the Pandora staff is unfriendly and not very customer oriented. I have spent over $2000 on Pandora this past year. Mostly when I spent the bulk of it in one purchase then I had all the attention in the world, but when I stop in just to look at one charm or another then it seems customer reps' times are being wasted. Overall I don't like the ambiance, it's unfriendly and uptight. My husband bought me Pandora for Christmas and two of the charms he bought me were duplicate, when I tried to return and exchange that was even worse because I was really, really wasting the reps' time. Pandora is a fad, the only way for you to extend your fad will be change the way your employees act. Now that I think of it I haven't had a good experience at any Pandora store ever. Asking to see different charms and the employees having to pull this or that is a pain to the employees, maybe you put i-pads in your stores and with prices so people can scroll through everything and then decide before they actually get the customer service. I have seen ipads at your store but only the sales reps have them.
