My previous purchase was damaged. When the store rep looked at it and my warranty he told me there was nothing he could do. Then he showed it to the store manager, she looked it over and granted the item to be replaced.

The sales associate was great the store was really clean the sale associate was knowledgeable of what she had in stock even though what I really came for was not in stock or available online but overall it was cool I still end up buying three charms for my bracelet
