The sales associate was quick with locating the charm needed during my visit. She was knowledgeable and quick.

I appreciated the assistance I received from the Sales Professional, as I am not familiar with the Pandora product and she was very helpful. The product I purchased was for my granddaughter and I was given several choices to choose from.

I went to have my bracelets cleaned, and while talking to the sales associate my daughter mentioned that we were disappointed because we were unable to get the Old Elderly Gentleman charm because it was no longer offered and Lindsay told us that she actually had one because someone had returned one. Well we actually cried because that particular charm reminded me and my daughter of her dad. It actually looked like him from the bald head the glasses the beard and all. We were both standing there crying because we thought we'd never get that charm. Lindsay knew her stock and actually remembered that two ladies has previously asked for it and said she wished that she had took our information so that she could contact us to let us know that that the Elderly Old Gentleman charm had been returned. Thanks Lindsay !! Great Job !!!

I was so satisfied with the overall experience. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and I was able to get the perfect birthday gift for my mother.

I was getting a new bracelet for my birthday and my daughter and I went into the store to purchase a rose gold bracelet I saw in the window. The sales associate said we have a sale on bracelets and charms and I proceeded to pick out one. I had to pick three charms and a bracelet. One of the charms that I picked out that was in the tray for me to pick was in the wrong tray and was slightly higher. The manager gave me the charm at the discounted rate since it was my birthday and it was my second bracelet. I was currently wearing my first bracelet with about twenty pandora charms on it i was completely satisfied and very happy.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I needed an opinion for a gift and I felt she was very honest in telling me what looked nice.

Sales associate was very nice & helpful, I was able to find what I was looking for in less than 15 minutes. I was also very satisfied on the price I paid for both charms.
