The cashier was very knowledgeable about the products. She took time to show my sister and I charms for our bracelets. She was patient with us while we tried to decide what we wanted.

I had an amazing experience with the sales rep Amber. She was easy to talk with about my likes/dislikes and had an extremely vast knowledge of the merchandise. I was also pleased that she went above and beyond to talk to me about products not on display and upcoming charms that I may be interested in purchasing at a later date.

The sales associate was very friendly, helped me figure out my size ring, and took her time to show me what styles would look best with the ring i wanted!
