Once I entered the store Alexandra was able to find what I wanted quickly. I knew what I wanted and she found the right size immediately. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

Micah was very friendly and helpful to my friend and I. She went above and beyond to locate the charm that my friend was looking for (I purchased one for my daughter a month before). She was professional and knowledgeable about the merchandise. She offered great customer service!

I love my bracelets and my charms, they're beautiful and my daughters bought them for me for my birthday. I've always wanted one but I got two. The sales person was cheerful and knowledgable.
