I came in looking for a new charm because their selection was beautiful, but after seeing their ring selection I had to chose a ring instead. They also told me I can come back to get my other pandora rings cleaned !

Went in to have a bracelet cleaned, then ended up purchasing 2 charms! The associate, who is the AM, was very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to see charms on clearance. Kamryn did not try to upsale me, she let me see what I asked for , clearance charms, and I made my selection from there.

They were very friendly and helping. Helped me decide on which ring was for me and gave me good honest opinions love that because i’m indecisive.
