Pandora is awesome everyone was wearing face mask, and after every customer they cleaned the store, that made me feel much better about about shopping 🛍 thanks pandora.

Prior to my visit, I called and explained that I wished to return an item and if they had a comparable charm as my mother's birthday was the next day. I was informed of the inventory and was pleased that the associate that answered the phone was the one who provided me in-store service. In addition to my exchange, I also picked out another charm!

Even though pandora where limiting so many customers at a time I thought that was great since we are facing a pandemic you still had the merchandise great customer service and the merchandise available over all great social distancing.
