The selection of my charms was excellent

I own 3 pandora bracelets and my third one I recently got on Mother’s Day. Now I’m trying to fill the third one lol I get so many compliments on my bracelets. I Myself love your jewelry. I also have 2 rings and and necklace ❤️ I love all my pandora jewelry

It was a great customer service experience. My sales associate went above and beyond to try and help me. Even though after exhausting all possibilities and not finding a solution for my problem, she still made sure I left happy and with the customer service number so that I could see if they can resolve my issue.

The sales advisor was very helpful in getting me what I needed. I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for because it was out of stock but she helped me find an alternative. She even told me she could help me order it online.

They followed precautions in an efficient manner while maintaining friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service.

Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. My girlfriend and I wanted matching promise rings, and she was able to help us find the perfect ones. We had issues finding rings with both our sizes, but our associate had a good attitude about going back and forth until we found a ring with both of our sizes. A great experience for sure and I hope my survey helps reinforce the work our associate did. I dont remember her name or I would give her a shout out!
