I had an issue with ordering the items online. I was greeted by the lovely young ladies. The manager knew exactly who I was because we spoke on the phone that morning. Sarah cleaned my jewelry and got me exactly what I asked for and made a suggestion based off of the charms I had on my own bracelets. Sarah is “thebomb.com” and I will definitely be back to shop with her again 😁. I hope this survey is shared with the Somerset Collection employees

Lindsay was wonderful. I went in not expecting to buy anything because I was with some else. But she talked me into it and I love my purchase!

The sales associate was very friendly. The store was clean. It was enough space between each customer. The wait was pretty quick.

I had a very large return/exchange which all included different receipts and the store associate made it to where I didn’t have to do a thing. I literally just walked in & explained to her what I wanted to do & she helped me tremendously. She even explained the importance of clips which I had no knowledge of & I was able to purchase a few. I even had an old bracelet that I ruined while coloring my hair, she was able to clean it for me & bring it back to life.
